This job is about talent and not rateThey need to have been in python, typically for 5 plus years, the more the better.Very senior-level developers have been getting hired lately. A lot over 15 plus years but sometimes a 10-year developer can be hired. The experience should be in the USA for at least 10 years.Lambdas are extremely important to get this position. They must have worked with them. AWS cloud experience is important.The more recent the better, Azure is not what they're doing. This AWS migration from on-prem to cloud AWS, new code in Python, old code is in Java.
