About the roleThe Senior Project Manager reports to the Director of Supply Chain and is responsible for planning, facilitating, and executing the on-time, on-quality, and on-budget delivery of all projects in the product pipeline. This role will support the bi-annual innovation pipeline planning process, the monthly stage gate process, and weekly cross-functional team meetings in order to identify, align, and execute projects required to deliver balanced organizational objectives across innovation, renovation, cost savings, IT systems, and our company mission.Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery of innovation, renovation, cost savings, IT Systems, and Company Mission based projectsCoordinate cross-functional communication and deliverables necessary to achieve project objectives via weekly meetings and relative project trackersActively track project progress, identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to mitigate delays and/or setbacksFacilitate and present the project pipeline to executive leadership, providing updates on project status, overall performance, strategic alignment, and soliciting feedback to inform future planning and decision-makingSupport the Stage Gate process for new product development and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.Define clear criteria and deliverables at each stage of the project lifecycle to evaluate project feasibility, resource allocation, and potential risksFacilitate cross-functional reviews and approvals at key stage gates, fostering collaboration and accountability among team members and stakeholdersLead cross-functional training sessions to educate team members on new processes, tools, and best practices related to operations, project pipeline process, stage gate and change managementQualifications7 years of experience in Project Management, Business, or Operations for CPG companiesMust have prior experience leading cross functional teams to deliver against project based objectivesStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skills, across functional teamsStrong analytical skills with the ability to process and analyze data utilizing use for long-term strategic decisionsPassionate about the environment, sustainability and Blueland’s missionBenefitsHealth benefitsStock optionsGenerous paid time offPaid holidaysPaid civic engagement daysPaid parental leave401k (employee contribution)Professional development stipendsRemote work reimbursementsVarious discounts to like-minded companiesAbout BluelandBlueland is reimagining everyday cleaning essentials with safe products that are free from single-use plastic and eliminate the need to choose between what’s safe for your family, good for the planet, and proven to work.
