Our team is made up of passionate technologists, educators, and innovators committed to reshaping education to meet the needs of today—and tomorrow.As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving Swivl’s growth in K-12 education. Partnering with our energetic Sales team, you’ll focus on developing new opportunities within school districts for our cutting-edge Reflectivity and Mirror products. From prospecting to closing, you’ll lead every step of the sales journey with both new prospects and existing clients.Following comprehensive training, you’ll be fully equipped to qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, working directly with large educational districts to make a meaningful impact with our solutions.This role is fully remote, based in the U.S., covering the South East.What You’ll Do:Collaborate with Sales Operations to execute outbound campaigns and create proactive territory plans, utilizing data analytics and regional trends to identify key targetsEmploy a consultative approach to build and maintain multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at the District levelUse a Swivl specific designed sales processWork closely with Customer Success and sales leadership to develop strategic plans that address customer priorities and resolve pain pointsAttain proficiency in Salesforce and other sales software tools to streamline processes and enhance productivityExecute outbound sales initiatives, focusing on upselling existing clients and re-engaging dormant customersEffectively communicate and sell the value of our products to educational leadership through conceptual selling approachesDrive the achievement of quarterly and annual objectives by cultivating consultative relationships with district leadership through a strategic mix of virtual and in-person engagementsWillingness to travel at least 25% of the time to build and strengthen client relationshipsMust be located in the South EastWhat You’ll Have:Sales experience in the education sector, with a proven track record of creating opportunities at the District level, specifically in K-12Prior teaching experience, providing valuable insights into the needs and challenges of educatorsStrong proficiency in educational and classroom technology (EdTech), with a clear understanding of its application in school environmentsConfidence in effectively communicating and collaborating with executive-level personnel and key decision-makersFlexibility and enthusiasm for exploring new methodologies, products, and approaches, with the ability to educate and engage prospective customersBachelor’s degree requiredMust be located in the South East
