We have become a market leader in Bitcoin security and Layer-2 technologies. Our products are designed to make financial systems more efficient, secure, and robust.We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities as an essential member of the enterprise sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach, securing new meetings and coordinating follow up.What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)Identify and research potential clients, specifically targeting corporate treasuries, prime brokerage, investment banks, commercial banks and/or regional banksConduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to engage prospects and develop new relationships within the sales side of these institutionsQualify leads and schedule meetings, focusing on high-value opportunitiesManage follow up conversations with prospects; marshall appropriate team members and resources to close new businessCollaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies tailored to the financial services sectorMaintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRMStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of financial institutions through networking, events and media channelsProvide regular updates on lead generation efforts and outcomes to managementWhat We Look For In You (Required Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field3-5+ years of experience in sales or business development, particularly within the financial services industryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience maintaining CRM data integrityNice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications)Experience meeting and exceeding quotas in sales trading or enterprise fintech salesKnowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain technologyStrong networking skills and experience building relationships with decision makers
