This role is ideal for an early-career recruiter who has come up through a fast-paced agency environment and is ready to take ownership of full-cycle sourcing and coordination across a diverse range of roles—from high-volume sales positions to specialised tech hires. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and be client-facing, supporting and participating in interviews and sitting in on client calls. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicates with confidence, and thrives in a metrics-driven, deadline-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and pipeline candidates for high-volume roles across sales, operations, and technology functions using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing channelsCoordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment workflows including scheduling, screening, and interview coordinationParticipate in candidate interviews and sit in on client-facing interviews as a representative of the recruitment functionLiaise with internal hiring managers and team leads to understand role requirements, update pipelines, and provide regular progress reportsMaintain accurate and up-to-date ATS records throughout the recruitment lifecycleDraft and post job descriptions across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and qualityProvide a positive candidate experience through timely, professional, and empathetic communicationSupport the wider recruitment team with ad hoc coordination and administrative tasks as neededRequired QualificationsExperience in recruitment or sourcing gained within an agency environment (non-negotiable)Demonstrated ability to source and manage candidates across both sales and technology roles at volumeConfident and professional communicator with strong written and spoken English suitable for internal and client-facing interactionExperience participating in or supporting candidate and client interviewsComfortable working US EST hours on a fully remote basisMust have prior remote work experience and be fluent with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similarPrior experience supporting US or UK-based companies is required—applications without this background will not be consideredPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting across multiple verticals simultaneously (e.g., sales, customer success, software engineering, or data roles)Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, or BullhornExposure to structured interview frameworks or competency-based assessment methodsTrack record of meeting or exceeding sourcing KPIs in a target-driven environmentTools & TechnologyLinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Talent InsightsATS platform (Lever, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or similar)Google WorkspaceSlack, Zoom, and other remote collaboration toolsPlease NOTEIt is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
