Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and technically driven Loss Control Info Systems Specialist to support the Loss Control team. This remote role combines business systems support, operational enablement, and technical coordination to ensure Loss Control systems, workflows, and vendor integrations operate efficiently and effectively.The ideal candidate will have experience supporting insurance operations systems, managing workflows, troubleshooting system issues, and improving operational processes through automation and analytics. This role is critical in maintaining Loss Control platforms, supporting internal and external users, and ensuring accurate data management and regulatory compliance across multiple systems.What You’ll DoMaintain and support Loss Control systems and workflows, including RCT, LC 360, and vendor platformsMonitor and manage system defects, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with IT and vendorsGenerate vendor reports, manage survey assignments, and track workflow requests across systemsUpload and maintain Loss Control matrices and ensure accurate system data managementIdentify opportunities for workflow automation and process optimization using tools such as Power AutomateSupport system upgrades, testing, implementation activities, and change management processesServe as a primary point of contact for vendor integrations, site development, and system security mattersCollaborate with internal IT teams and business partners to ensure systems align with operational and compliance requirementsMonitor data quality and ensure reporting accuracy across platforms and dashboardsSupport reporting and analytics initiatives using tools such as Power BI and ExcelDocument workflows, procedures, and operational processes while maintaining process manuals and standardsProvide technical and operational support to internal and external users across multiple business areasAssist with training, onboarding, and guidance related to Loss Control systems and workflowsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and user experienceRequirementsLoss Control, insurance operations, business systems support, or commercial insurance environmentsStrong knowledge of Loss Control systems such as RCT, LC 360, LexisNexis, or similar platformsExperience with workflow management, systems administration, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionExperience with data analytics, reporting, and process automation tools including Power BI and Power AutomateStrong understanding of business systems, operational workflows, and IT risk managementAbility to manage multiple priorities and support both technical and operational business needsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits packageCareer development and training opportunitiesFlexible work arrangementsDynamic and inclusive work culture within a globally renowned groupPrivate Health and Dental InsurancePension PlanMeals ticketsLife InsurancePlease note: CVs must be submitted in English.
