Role Summary: - We are looking for a driven, experienced B2B sales professional based in Colombia to join our team on a commission basis. - This is a closing role. - We source and deliver the leads, you get in front of the prospect and close the deal. Responsibilities: - Conducting sales calls or video meetings with pre-qualified prospects. - Presenting our service offerings. - Handling objections. - Converting prospects into paying clients. Requirements: - Proven B2B service sales experience. - We want to hear your numbers. - Fluent English. - Client-facing calls are conducted in English. - Professional, confident, and self-directed. - Available during US business hours. - Comfortable working on a performance-based structure. Compensation: - Commission 10% per closed deal, paid upon client confirmation. - Our plans range from $1,200 to $3,500/month. - Your earning potential grows directly with your performance.
