Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead development efforts and interface directly with our clients. You will serve as a technical anchor, translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable applications while guiding client stakeholders through the technical roadmap. Key Responsibilities • Architect and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. • Lead client-facing meetings to gather requirements and present technical roadmaps. • Consult with external stakeholders to align technical architecture with business goals. • Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance. • Drive best practices in CI/CD, testing, and system design across projects. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience. • Prior IT consulting experience working across diverse client environments. • Strong client-facing skills with a proven ability to communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences. • B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field. • Must be a resident of an EU member country (required due to specific project mandates). Preferred Skills • Full-stack proficiency in modern languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, TypeScript, or .NET). • Cloud architecture experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Agile methodology leadership experience (Scrum/Kanban).
