Responsibilities


Role: Azure Security. Location: Remote. Experience: 12+ Years. Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM. Note: - Candidate should be capable of working independently with minimal supervision and should be from FinTech domain background. Responsibilities: - Plan and strengthen security posture for enterprise-grade platforms. - Ensure security hardening across networking, firewall, and applications. - Plan and implement SIEM and CSPM across Azure workloads, integrating external components/platforms (e.g., Okta, Auth0) into Azure Sentinel. - Understand, validate, and address missing security practices/compliances in Azure for financial platforms. - Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders including security leads, development leads, and product teams. - Align solutions with financial requirements (banking or similar) and be open to late working hours. - Explore new tools proactively and communicate effectively. - Plan and conduct threat modelling. Requirements: - Strong hands-on experience in planning and managing enterprise security posture. - Strong experience on Azure resources such as Front Door, OWASP WAF, DDoS, Artifactories, EntraID (User/App management), hub-spoke, containerized workloads, databases, etc. - Experience with security scanning tools (SonarQube, Snyk, Nexus, GuardSquare). - Knowledge of SIEM and CSPM planning, with integration of external platforms into Azure Sentinel. - Ability to identify and resolve gaps in security practices and compliance for financial platforms. - Strong presentation and proactive in communication to engage with senior stakeholders. - Understanding of financial domain requirements (banking or similar). Good to have: - Background as Cloud Security Engineer, Azure Security Consultant, or Azure Security Architect. - Experience with advanced API security practices such as schema validation, throttling, and backend protection. - Exposure to broader Azure services and cloud-native automation. - Strong consulting mindset with ability to provide both hands-on execution and architectural recommendations.
