We are looking for a proactive and technically strong SAP Application Support Engineer to join our support team and ensure smooth, stable, and efficient SAP Fiori application operations across enterprise environments.If you have strong troubleshooting skills and enjoy resolving real-time production issues related to SAP Fiori applications and user experience, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Provide L2 / L3 support for SAP Fiori applications and servicesMonitor system performance and resolve incidents within SLA timelinesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to Fiori Launchpad, UI5 applications, catalogs, groups, tiles, and role assignmentsAnalyze and resolve authorization, Gateway, OData, and front-end/back-end integration issuesCollaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to ensure system stability and seamless user experienceSupport continuous improvement of application support processes and Fiori performance optimizationRequired Skills:Strong experience in SAP Fiori support environmentsHands-on expertise in troubleshooting SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and OData servicesExperience with SAP Gateway administration and Fiori Launchpad configurationKnowledge of authorization concepts, catalogs, groups, roles, and tile managementGood understanding of SAP system architecture and landscapeGood to Have:Knowledge of ITIL support processes and incident managementExposure to SAP S/4HANA Fiori environmentsExperience with monitoring and alerting toolsBasic understanding of SAP UI5 development and front-end technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS)Interested candidates can apply or refer suitable profiles at: careers@prodigyhrm.com📣 Know someone who fits?
