Apply today—we’re excited to welcome you. #UatInsurityInsurity’s Next Senior Project ManagerThis position will drive the delivery of software and services to insurance customers while reporting to the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) at Insurity. Our Project Managers manage multiple projects through control, coordination, and the reporting of scope, change, cost, risk, and quality across those projects. The successful candidate will have experience managing projects for insurance entities.What Our Project Manager Will DoRun multiple projects simultaneously to support the successful implementation of new applications and systems based on business and customer objectives including:Drive the delivery of services to the customer, managing customer inquiries and requests as assignedManage weekly project meetings and monthly status reporting – including meeting preparations, scheduling, agenda preparation, content and presenter planning, documenting, and distributing minutes and action items, scheduling any follow-up sessions, etc.Negotiate with first line resource managers for project resources; as well as effectively communicate with Product Engineering and Sales on resourcingDevelop strong relationships across the business to ensure the project team is successfulThrough expertise in industry best practices, tailor the balance of scope, schedule, resources, and quality against the needs of the project and overall business strategyCollaborate and provide mentorship and guidance to peers on project management methodologiesIdentify and make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and proceduresStay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.Other duties as assignedWho We’re Looking For Perform the following skills at an advanced level:Analytical and critical thinkingWritten and oral English communicationTime management including work planning, prioritization, and organizationAbility to handle multiple priorities or tasksSelf-starter and quick learnerDetail-orientedActive listenerAbility to collaborate and work autonomouslyFlexible and adaptableNegotiationTeam BuildingWork Breakdown StructureProject ScheduleProject Statuses (Team & Exec)Project Estimation and FinancialsProject Staffing profilesProject Management documentation (scope statement, charter, communication plan, etc.)Advanced knowledge and experience with:Microsoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMicrosoft OutlookMicrosoft PowerPointMicrosoft ProjectVisio/or another diagramming toolResource Allocation / Workflow Tool (2) (examples: Clarity, SAP, PPM, Remedy, Jira, Salesforce, etc.)Project Management and SDLC MethodologiesBasic architecture comprehensionProject Experience:Singular project focus500 – 3,000 hoursAverage team size 3-10 peopleInsurance Experience:1+ years requiredBachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.Travel is 10% - 40%What’s In It For U Work Where You ThriveFind the work environment that supports your best—whether that’s remote, in-office, or hybrid—depending on your role and location. We continuously analyze and update our salary ranges for our roles according to market trends to not only ensure our employees are paid fairly, but also help close gender, race, and disability wage gaps. Along with the benefits listed above, the career level salary range for this role is $70,000 to $137,000. We share a career level salary as a guideline; however, actual salary may vary based on your experience and qualifications.
