Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Admin / Business Intelligence Architect & Developer to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and BI platform administration initiatives. This role requires a strong mix of Tableau administration, dashboard development, data modeling, and BI support expertise.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Tableau environments, supporting enterprise reporting operations, and delivering scalable business intelligence solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Tableau Server environmentsCreate, publish, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reportsManage Tableau Desktop and Tableau Prep workflowsPerform Tableau Server configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimizationSchedule and monitor data refresh processes and reporting pipelinesSupport user onboarding/offboarding and access managementMaintain Erwin Data Modeler / ER360 licenses and server environmentsBuild predictive and prescriptive reporting solutions to support business operationsProcess support tickets and maintain SLA compliance throughout ticket lifecycleProvide weekly project and operational status reportingCollaborate with stakeholders to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiativesDevelop and maintain technical and operational documentationRequired SkillsTableau Server AdministrationTableau Desktop & Tableau PrepDashboard creation, publishing, and maintenanceTableau Server upgrades, configuration, and troubleshootingErwin Data Modeler / ER360Data refresh scheduling and workflow managementUser onboarding/offboarding and access administrationPredictive & prescriptive reporting experienceDocumentation and ticket lifecycle managementStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting enterprise-scale BI environmentsStrong understanding of reporting architecture and data visualization best practicesExperience with SLA-driven support environmentsAbility to work independently in remote environments while supporting cross-functional teams📍 Location: Remote (Must work within Colorado – Preferably Denver Metro Area)🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM MST🛂 Visa: USC / Genuine GC Only📩 Interested candidates, please share:Updated ResumeLinkedIn ProfileVisa StatusCurrent LocationAman SharmaIT RecruiterQuantum Technologies Inc.Contact : +1 (180) 669-9774Email: amans@quantumtechinc.com
