Sell Then Stay AZ is an Arizona-based real estate company with a mission that actually matters. We help homeowners in hard situations — foreclosure, divorce, medical hardship, retirement — find the right path forward. Our flagship program is the sale-leaseback: homeowners sell their home, unlock their equity, and keep living in it as a renter. No moving truck. No displacement. Just breathing room.
Our founder, Andy Griffin, has 25 years as a licensed Arizona real estate agent. We are a lean, fast-moving team scaling our marketing function entirely in-house.
The Role
We're looking for a senior, full-stack Marketing Manager to own the entire marketing engine — paid media, organic content, attribution, reporting, and creative. This is a leadership role, not an execution role. You know when to do the work yourself, when to brief a freelancer, and when to push back on the founder with data.
You'll start with a structured 30-day ramp alongside our current agency, then take over channels one by one until you own everything. By the end of your first quarter, the agency is gone and you're running the show.
What You'll Own
Google Ads (Search + Display) — 4 active campaigns to inherit and optimize
Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) — Conversions, Traffic, Lead Gen, Retargeting
YouTube Ads — new channel launch this quarter
Conversion tracking & pixel hygiene — Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Ads tags, UTM/CRM attribution
Organic social calendar — short-form video across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts
Ad copy, landing pages, and CRO — written in our brand voice: empathetic, direct, honest
SMS & email nurture — strategy, sequences, and copy for MQL and long-term nurture tracks
Weekly performance reporting — what moved, what didn't, what's next
Vendor management — video editors, designers, photographers, SEO contractors
You're a Fit If You Have
5–10 years of hands-on marketing experience, including paid media ownership
Deep Meta Ads Manager experience (campaign build, optimization, reporting)
Google Ads proficiency — Search, Display, bidding strategies, keyword management
GA4 and conversion tracking expertise
Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills (dashboards, pivot tables, charts)
Strong written English — you can write copy that converts and sounds human
Experience managing freelancers or outside vendors
Working knowledge of HubSpot (reading pipelines and reports — not configuration)
Nice to have: Windsor.ai, Supermetrics, or similar attribution tools. Canva or comparable design tool. Real estate or home services industry background.
