By combining clinical expertise with advanced analytics and operational excellence, Advantmed enables clients to enhance performance, meet regulatory requirements, and drive better patient outcomes at scale.Learn more at: www.advantmed.comWhy You’ll Like This RoleOwn and lead client-facing healthcare projectsWork on HEDIS, Risk Adjustment, and In-Home AssessmentsBuild strong client and stakeholder relationshipsDrive outcomes using data and performance insightsFully remote role supporting work-life balance, with flexibility when neededHigh-ownership role requiring strong commitment in a fast-paced environmentJOB SUMMARYThe Project Manager has overall responsibility to successfully launch and manage Advantmed products and services projects, including operational coordination, project design and delivery, alignment with client goals and contractual commitments while providing the highest level of customer service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIEEstablish and maintain client relationships that support a spirit of partnership with client project teams.Develop, update, and manage project plans and project timelines with oversight to project status, early identification of risks, and solution-minded issue mitigation.Oversee client communications, issue resolution, and status reporting as primary point of contact for day-to-day project operations.Report client project metrics, translate metrics to business information, and oversee the resulting action plans to ensure customer goals and project objectives are achieved.Lead and moderate recurring client calls to cover project status updates, project performance reviews/course correction, post project reviews, etc.Document and distribute minutes of meetings and oversee completion of resulting action itemsPrepare and conduct presentations to varying audiences that may include senior and executive leadership, clients, or prospective customers.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEMinimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or managed care setting.In-depth knowledge of HEDIS measures, specifications, and reporting processes.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret healthcare data and performance metrics.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.Committed and motivated individual and willing to work odd hours at times when requiredProficient in Windows environmentFamiliar with virtualization technologiesExperience in setting up and supporting database notification, failover clustering would be advantageousUnderstanding RDBMS/SQL concepts.Troubleshooting techniques and operationsAble to handle demanding service response and recovery turnaroundAble to manage daily support tasks to meet stringent SLA requirementsExcellent scheduling and multitasking skillsMeticulous and process-orientedGood, hard-working attitude with ability to work well under pressureGood analytical skills with ability to work with others to resolve problems.BenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid time-off (PTO)401(k)
