Webafrica is on the prowl for a super savvy Outbound Sales Agent to join the team.If you are a spunky go-getter who’s a little left-of-centre, totally customer orientated and your sales game is on fleek, then you could be the one.We need an outbound sales consultant with the gift of the gab, who can sell over the phone, and face-to-face. Our agent X will be required to hunt for leads, cold canvas, and engage with new customers, as well as farm leads off the existing data base.Every call is a consultation, where you will need to find the best product to meet the potential client’s needs. Not every solution will be the same. You’ll need to know your onions so you can give them the best possible service.Most importantly of all, you will need to be dedicated to giving the best damn after sales service in the land, so that our customers stay happy and we can continue to satisfy their every online need with future upsell and cross-sell opportunities.RequirementsMinimum requirements:Grade 122 - 3 years ISP telesales experience, preferably in an outbound scenarioMS Office Advanced SkillsA strong understanding of:Cold CanvassingClosing SalesTargeting, Tracking and MeasuringA strong consultative approach (matching needs with requirements)Managing and reporting on individual targetsAbility to manage the sales process through strong pipeline skills:Hunting for new leadsFarming existing leadsPREFERENCE will be given to applicants who has fibre network coverage.Ideal Requirements:2-3 years of face-to-face ISP sales experienceICT industry exposure with sound knowledge of ISP servicesAccount management experienceCustomer retention experiencePipeline reportingKey Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)Customer focused and brand awareSelf-motivated and self-disciplinedAbility to work independently and within a teamTime Management SkillsAttention to detailDeadline & target drivenTools of trade provided:LaptopHeadsetThis role is fully remote. *FIBRE CAPABILITY IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THE ROLE.NB: This is a commission-based role!Correspondence will be conducted with shortlisted candidates only.
