Requirements and responsibilities

• Understand and evaluate the talent needs for projects and partner with other team members to shape engagements around their most immediate operational challenges to scale (such as technology scaling, customer growth strategy, and human capital) • Drive the search and selection of experts by crafting target profiles for each project and using the defined search requirements to identify and connect with potential experts. • Develop and manage the Rippleworks Expert Network community, understanding the motivations and preferred methods of engagement and executing touch points such as, email, in person events, dinners, etc. to ensure Rippleworks has access to the talent and expertise to deliver on its strategic goals.
