We're looking for an experienced SAP Application Support Analyst with strong expertise in SAP FICO and SAP PP to join a dynamic team supporting critical SAP production environments.Required SkillsSAP Application SupportSAP FICO (Finance & Controlling)SAP PP (Production Planning)OpenText (Preferred)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide ongoing application support for SAP users and business stakeholders.Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve SAP production issues.Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.Collaborate with business teams to resolve process and system challenges.Document support activities, system changes, and resolutions.Assist with testing and deployment of SAP enhancements and fixes.Required QualificationsStrong hands-on experience supporting SAP FICO.Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP PP.Proven experience providing SAP application support in a production environment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with OpenText solutions integrated with SAP.Experience supporting cross-functional SAP processes and system integrations.
