Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Lead with strong functional expertise and proven end-to-end implementation experience. If you have worked across multiple Oracle Fusion HCM modules and enjoy client-facing consulting roles, we'd love to hear from you!Key Requirements:5–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCMSME-level expertise in at least two of the following modules: CoreHR, Compensation & Benefits, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), AbsenceManagement, Payroll, Helpdesk (HRHD), Learning, OracleRecruitingCloud (ORC), TalentManagementHands-on expertise in a minimum of two Oracle Fusion HCM modulesEnd-to-end implementation experience in 4–5 Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projectsStrong client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skillsAbility to independently gather requirements, configure solutions, conduct UAT, support go-live, and provide post-production supportPreferred:Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice periodCandidates with strong end-to-end implementation experience across multiple modules
