If a candidate doesn't have Databricks experience then onboarding will take significantly longer. Databricks is a core technology in our platform.Core requirements include Databricks, Spark, Python, Azure SQL, eventing and messaging (e.g. Kafka) with more than10 years experience working in Big Data and MPP solutions. We will not consider a candidate that does not meet these core requirements as this is not a position that we have bandwidth to stretch on or spend time upskilling.Azure Cloud Architect for Data Management PlatformThe Data Management Platform (DMP) is a major initiative at Kroger that provides a platform for running analytics to support different business areas across the enterprise. DMP is built entirely on Azure services and over the years it has evolved into a very stable product. Kroger is looking to take advantage of improvements in technology and evolving requirements to enhance the platform for the future. We are looking for a Cloud Architect to help us take the Platform to the next level and enable our Kroger teams to leverage industry best practices.
