For our client, we are seeking a Staff Engineering Product Manager (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery.You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead strategy and roadmap for AI agents in detection and remediationSet and manage goals and success measures based on customer needsConduct customer interviews and market research to identify high-value problemsPrototype concepts using AI development tools to test and gather feedbackDefine requirements for agent reliability, safety, and user trustPrioritize product capabilities and address technical debt or quality issuesCollaborate closely with engineering and design teams from discovery to deliveryQualificationsBachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience, Master's plus 6 years, or PhD plus 3 years of experience in a related fieldProven track record managing technically complex products ud computing, or artificial intelligenceExperience defining product roadmaps, requirements, and success criteria for softwareDemonstrated ability in conducting customer research and analyzing qualitative and quantitative dataExperience collaborating with engineering and design teams during all product development phasesBenefitsFully remote position allowing work from any location within the U.SOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology in a rapidly evolving fieldOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
