We are building a collaborative, mission-driven team and are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in startup operations, human resources, recruiting, and team management.ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruiting efforts, including reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and coordinating interview schedulesCommunicate with candidates regarding applications, interviews, onboarding, and follow-up stepsSupport onboarding for new interns and team members, including sending documents, tracking completion, and answering basic questionsMaintain HR records, candidate trackers, onboarding files, and internal documentationDraft and edit professional emails, offer letters, onboarding messages, and HR announcementsCoordinate with team leads and management regarding staffing needs and candidate updatesHelp organize meetings, interview schedules, and internal team communicationsSupport offboarding procedures when needed, including documentation and equipment/material return coordinationMaintain confidentiality when handling candidate, intern, and company informationAssist with improving HR processes, templates, and internal workflows as the company growsQualificationsCurrent student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional, responsible, and detail-orientedComfortable communicating with candidates, interns, and team leadersStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at onceFamiliarity with Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets, or applicant tracking tools is a plusPrior recruiting, HR, administrative, or startup experience is preferred but not requiredAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
