We're looking for a driven, competitive sales professional, someone who has carried a number, closed deals, and led a team to hit targets, and who now wants to bring that same hunger to managing a national account. You'll be the right hand of our Canadian market, specifically our Retail, Residential, and B2B campaigns, acting as the critical link between the business, our client, and our sales force. The ideal candidate is a player/coach who leads from the front: comfortable rolling up their sleeves and selling alongside the team one day, and thinking strategically about the business the next.Role ResponsibilitiesActing as a liaison between our Fortune 500 clients and our sales force in a way that grows and improves relationshipsDelivering results through executing against goals, including getting out in the field yourself and selling alongside the repsTraining and coaching our sales force on both product and sales process in a fun and engaging wayPro-actively identifying issues that may arise and working to quickly find a winning resolution through problem-solving, collaboration, and creativityActing with integrity and holding our sales force to a high level of sales qualityCollaborating both internally and externally to execute with excellenceCommunicating clearly and effectively across a diverse range of stakeholdersManaging to a budget and regularly consulting with your P&L to ensure you are delivering on scorecard metricsSuccessfully launching new sales offices, ensuring they are plugged into all client and Cydcor support systems and are trained in product knowledge, sales processes, and systems/procedures through organizational agilityEnsuring that sales offices and reps consistently represent the client accurately and with qualityDriving sales office performance, meeting client and campaign goals for profitability and growth in a way that grows relationships and trustExecution of campaign initiatives, driving and handling follow-up supportProviding regular feedback to management on the status of sales offices and action plan updatesField leader; capable of meeting campaign sales and quality standards and coaching/mentoring reps, peers, and possibly direct reports to do the sameStrong judgment and business acumen. Knowing when to take action, when to escalate things, and having a sixth sense for assessing business risk and growth opportunitiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in related field/equivalent work experience5+ years of direct sales experience required, with a strong preference for candidates from B2B, door-to-door, or residential sales backgrounds5+ years of leading, coaching, or mentoring a sales team, ideally in a quota-carrying, target-driven environmentProven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets, whether as an individual contributor or through a team you ledRetail store management experience is a plus, but not required, direct or field sales leadership is the priority background for this roleExperience with budgets and budget planningExperience driving revenue through indirect sales teams (vendor or distributor partner management experience an asset)Experience with process improvement and consultingBilingual (French) is a plus, but not a requirementExcellent communication skillsPassion, Edge, Energy, Execution, and CharismaProven Student MentalityProficient with Microsoft ProductsExperience managing a P&LValid passport required; while travel will be primarily within Canada, there may be occasional travel to the US 1 to 2 times per yearThis is a remote position.
