You'll be doing appointment setting on two fronts: booking and confirming appointments for our contractor clients' incoming leads (B2C), and qualifying and booking sales calls for our own agency's pipeline (B2B). 🚀 What you'll be doing Appointment setting and lead qualification — both for our contractor clients' incoming leads (B2C) and for our own agency's sales pipeline (B2B) Organize and maintain our CRM (GoHighLevel) Support our operations and content team with backend tasks: reporting, data entry, tracker organization Confirm appointments and follow up with leads Assist with client onboarding (documents, access, checklists) Whatever it takes to free up time for our core team to focus on higher-value work ✅ Requirements: Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) — you'll speak with US clients in English and coordinate with our internal team in Spanish Comfortable using CRMs (GoHighLevel) Fast learner, quick executor — minimal hand-holding needed Organized, detail-oriented Prior experience in agencies, sales, or customer service is a plus Full-time role, full availability Monday–Friday required.
