Responsibilities

What you'll do: Find deals: - Hand-pick vacant lots, teardowns, and development land on the maps. - Run DD (GIS, flood, zoning). - Pull comps. - Skip trace. - Load into our CRM. Close deals: - Find buyers for what we wholesale. - Open title. - Drive every deal to the closing table. Support the build: - Send plans to subs/suppliers for bids. - Collect COI + W-9s. - Find new crews. - Order materials. - Track permits, draws, and budgets. Requirements: - Real estate and/or construction experience (mainly real estate). - Excellent English. - Strong phone skills (you'll be calling US subs, suppliers, and leads). The upside: - Long-term role. - Room to grow. - Commission on closed deals as you take on more.
