Requirements and responsibilities

• Collaborate across the organization to ensure that all elements of the application are included • Complete and submit initial applications to health plans ensuring necessary documents and information is included • Maintain individual files to include up to date information needed to complete the required commercial payer credentialing applications • Develop tracking of applications and status and presented in a way that allows executives to view status of any application • Follow up with health plans to ensure applications are successfully moving through the process
