Sales Manager Assistant (Full-Time | $200/week | Remote with Flexible Hours) We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sales Manager Assistant to provide day-to-day support for our Sales Manager. This role blends sales coordination with executive and personal assistant duties, making it a great fit for someone who’s organized, proactive, and enjoys helping operations run smoothly. Responsibilities include: * Managing and organizing emails, calendars, and scheduling for the Sales Manager. * Assisting with customer communication—calls, messages, or follow-ups as needed. * Supporting sales tasks such as proposal preparation, data entry, CRM updates, and report tracking. * Coordinating internal communication between team members and departments. * Handling light personal assistant duties (ordering supplies, booking travel, reminders, etc.). * Helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations and anticipating needs before they arise. Position Details: * Pay: $200/week * Schedule: Monday–Friday, hours vary (on-call and flexible depending on the Sales Manager’s schedule). * Status: Full-time. * Start Date: Immediate Hire. * Remote position. This role is ideal for someone who’s dependable, communicative, and can operate with speed and urgency with any, and all, tasks.
