We are looking for a Labeling Configuration Senior Analyst to join our winning team at Accenture. This role involves collaborating closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists, and Tester Team (Leads) to prepare configuration specifications, installation documentation, and verification. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a growth-oriented environment, contribute to knowledge management, and ensure the quality of knowledge. Required skills include fluency in English, 2+ years of working experience on Agile projects, experience working in CSV/GMP Environment, and hands-on experience with Retina or JIRA, API tools, ALM for testing, and ServiceNow. Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists and Tester Team (Leads) - Prepare configuration specifications and installation documentation / verification - Ability to analysis database issues and request / maintain backups - Install, Update and Configure the System following best practice - Analyze configuration issues and develop solutions - Prepare description of the issues for further analysis - Contribute to knowledge management and ensure quality of knowledge, including solution documentation and knowledge base - Contribute to continual improvement initiatives - Accuracy and attention to detail - Effective self-organization of work - Willingness to develop and learn
