Turtle Rock Studios is seeking a Production Director to oversee all production aspects of the development team for the next AAA title. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a strong production team and ensuring the smooth production of the game from concept through to launch. Responsibilities: - Champion the high-level production schedule, coordinating closely with Leads and Producers - Manage a team of Lead Producers - Manage career development and training for individuals across the Production Team - Work with the Senior Leadership Team on creating and driving internal initiatives through the maintenance of long-term plans and clear roadmaps - Collaborate with the Executive Producer on the creation, monitoring, and adjustments of internal milestones - Drive setting clear, achievable goals and objectives; communicate those to stakeholders and the rest of the team - Encourage cross-discipline collaboration and coordination - Encourage accountability for development goals and feature/system ownership; facilitate transparent communication between stakeholders to ensure vision alignment with project pillars - Clearly communicate project health, actively manage and mitigate risk, and lead problem resolution as issues arise - Be accountable for all production aspects of the game team, team health and performance, and milestone delivery - Participate in headcount, staffing allocations, and organization structure planning - Play the game; understand the current state of development and help drive prioritization for upcoming milestones
