Responsibilities & more

Key responsibilities: *Collaborate with and support engineering and product teams in project management, resource allocation, and capacity planning. *Day-to-day management and leadership of multi-discipline engineering team throughout development life cycle *Work with product leads to prioritize and project plan, ensuring adherence to the roadmap and QA standards. *Monitor milestones and risks throughout the development cycle. *Manage and maintain project information, including feature definition and scope. *Facilitate regular project reviews *Managing prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support. *Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate cross-team initiatives. *Track and ensure release criteria are met. *Drive information sharing and capturing and disseminating of best practices across the engineering team. Key requirements: *A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desired. *Strong background in software engineering and/or prior experience in product management. *Prior experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle. *A project management certification (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile methodologies) would be a plus. *Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills. *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. *Can work effectively with cross-functional teams. *You should be able to understand and produce long and complex texts and speeches with detailed descriptions in English.
