The team combines strategy and execution to bring high-impact trade events to life and is seeking a strong marketer with regional knowledge and cross-functional experience to help drive visibility and engagement across digital and physical touchpoints. Position Overview: We're looking for a self-driven, bilingual Marketing Manager with experience managing integrated campaigns for B2B events or automotive audiences. This person will lead marketing efforts around a major international event in Mexico and contribute to the promotion of other global shows, including campaigns for Automechanika events around the world. This role includes managing social media, email marketing, PR coordination, content creation, and visual assets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email, PR, and digital platforms. - Adapt strategies for the Mexican market and broader LATAM region. - Support global Automechanika marketing efforts (~10% of the role). - Coordinate with external partners, media outlets, and event stakeholders. - Contribute to graphic design and visual content production. - Write or edit short-form content, including emails, social posts, and announcements. - Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights. - Support onsite or virtual event activations as needed. - Travel periodically to the US and Europe (especially Germany) for major events. Qualifications: - Proven experience executing B2B marketing campaigns. - Strong familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, social, PR). - Comfortable using marketing tools such as CRM systems, design software, and video editing platforms. - Ability to travel internationally (valid travel documents preferred; visa support available if needed). - Fluent in English and Spanish. - Based in Mexico (Mexico City preferred, but not required). Nice-to-Haves: - Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry. - Background in event or tradeshow marketing. - Graphic design and/or content writing expertise.
