Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities: * Answer and respond to outbound and inbound calls. * Respond to chat / emails. * Help customers place or update orders over the phone. * Reach out to product vendors with order updates or cancellations. * Escalate internally when customer issues arise. Requirements: This ideal candidate will have experience on the Shopify platform, sales and email support. Also, a general knowledge about saunas will help, but isn't required. Available Shifts: Position 1: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Position 2: Monday – Friday, 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM EST, and Saturday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST If you're a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and sales, we'd love to hear from you!
