The Role:
The successful candidate will manage their own desk within a chosen vertical – ideally in one of the following areas: Legal, Financial Services, Accountancy & Finance, Risk & Compliance, Executive Search / C-Suite Recruitment, Other Professional or Technical Markets.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, managing recruitment processes end-to-end, and delivering high-quality service within your market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360 or 180, depending on experience).
* Develop and grow a portfolio of client relationships within your specialist sector.
* Source, engage, and place high-calibre candidates into mid-to-senior level roles.
* Deliver a professional, consultative service to both clients and candidates.
* Operate with discretion, integrity, and attention to compliance.
