BridgeU is looking to hire an experienced analyst to help drive a strategy which sees them turn their data into business value. The role will have the opportunity to shape and lead their business analytics function and will be responsible for delivering clear business value. The ideal candidate will be technically strong and business savvy with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to deeply understand business requirements and translate that into plans that deliver value quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Defining analytics needs and strategy
- Developing detailed analysis of data to ascertain the commercial value
- Commissioning, building, operating and maintaining dashboards and reporting in Looker, Amplitude, Google sheets
- Continuously evolving and enhancing analytics capability
- Interpreting analysis from key performance measures, forming recommendations and communicating results to senior leadership
- Understanding the business requirements, prioritising requests based on business value and company priorities
- Managing the end-to-end delivery
- Acting as a champion of data driven decision making
- Being the budget holder for the analyst team and responsible for delivering the business value and ROI
- Growing the team and acting as mentor and coach
- Developing relationships with internal stakeholders
