🔵 Job qualifications • 5+ years professional design experience (including UI design and user experience testing). • Proficient with TypeScript, React, and MUI • Experience in a wide variety of UX Design methods and tools including user journey mapping, design thinking, information architecture, low-fidelity design, high-fidelity design, design systems, accessibility in design, and prototyping. • Experience delivering responsive design solutions for a variety of devices and form factors. • Competency in front-end development and collaborating closely with development team members. • Takes ownership for self-development and up to date with UX skills including UX Design techniques, tools, and best practices 🔵 Key job responsibilities • Engage in UX research to inform digital experience strategy and interface structure. • Create information architectures, wireframes, user journey maps, and functional documentation of digital interfaces independently. • Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate elements of user experience, interaction, and functionality in collaboration with developers. • Take the lead of projects and tasks to ensure an appropriate level of style is infused in all creative work consistent with the brand and target audience. • Develop user testing plans, facilitate testing, and create testing reports and recommendations in partnership with the development team. • Listen to design needs, produce ideas and communicate the plan to team members. • Other duties as assigned.
