We’re hiring a highly skilled Recruiter! We’re looking for an expert who will help us spot and retain the best people for the roles we open. This is an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact on talent acquisition. 🔵 Benefits: ◽ Base salary in US Dollars ($5/h). ◽ Work from home. 🔵 Requirements: ◽ Experience with recruitment, talent acquisition and teamwork. ◽ Domain of talent assessment. ◽ Previous experience as a Recruiter is required. ◽ Fluent English is required, please only apply if you want a job in English. ◽ Experience recruiting in IT, Healthcare and Staffing is a plus. ◽ You will need your own equipment as well. 🔵 Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: ◽ Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. ◽ Conducting thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate their skills and cultural fit. ◽ Collaborating with managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. ◽ Managing job postings on various platforms and utilizing sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates. ◽ Coordinating and facilitating interview schedules and providing timely feedback to candidates. ◽ Maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 🔵 Schedule: ◽ From 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. (PST, USA).
