Responsibilities * Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients (English + Spanish). * Plan and manage projects in ClickUp or Notion, defining timelines, priorities, and dependencies. * Coordinate creative, ads, and automation teams to ensure flawless delivery. * Lead client meetings, strategy sessions, and performance reviews. * Translate marketing goals into actionable workflows and measurable deliverables. * Monitor and report campaign results via GoHighLevel, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. * Maintain consistent documentation and clear communication across all projects. Requirements * 3+ years of experience in project or account management within a digital agency or SaaS environment. * Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English. * Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, Meta/Google Ads, and CRM automations (GoHighLevel preferred). * Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Notion, or similar PM tools. * Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills. * Strategic mindset and calm under pressure.
