Responsibilities

- Responsible for ensuring the quality of the company's processes and deliverables, generating reliable products with efficient processes. - Responsible for generating testing instances and preventing mistakes, bugs, and incidents from the origin of the projects until their final delivery. - Responsible for the final approval of the deliverables of the company's Engineering team. - Coordinate the QA team and plan and execute its growth (performance reviews and training). - Accompany the team in their tasks and provide support if necessary. - QA project estimates, resource planning, and team tasks. - Responsible for quality and on-time achievement of QA deliverables. - Report results (including the origin of problems and possible solutions), anticipate stoppers/ deviations and delays. - Coordination of work with other departments. - Optimize processes and propose service improvements. - Create KPIs in collaboration with the Director of Services to measure the efficiency of the department and track them on a monthly basis. - Support the Account Executive/Project Manager in the relationship with the client, in understanding their requirements and transmitting their needs to the appropriate team and departments.
