FutureLearn is seeking an experienced and passionate Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, mitigate business exposures, and drive strategic analytical projects. You will be responsible for conducting diagnostic, descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics, as well as BAU reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects according to business objectives. Proficiency in SQL, statistics, and data visualization tools is required. This is a full-time position based in our London office, with the option for remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and support in mitigating business exposures
- Conduct diagnostic, descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics
- Perform root cause analysis on data anomalies and ideate on new analytical projects
- Build and maintain dashboards in Looker to provide meaningful insights to internal stakeholders
- Respond to ad-hoc data insight requests from various teams
- Manage projects according to business objectives
- Collaborate with other Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers in the Data & Analytics Department
