We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas. We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to lead our People function in APAC. You will be responsible for managing and leading the People team, partnering with senior leaders, and driving the people strategy in the region. Your role will involve facilitating and managing all people programs, providing guidance on workforce planning, collaborating with global teams, and developing learning programs for our people. You will also be responsible for managing a team of HR professionals, serving as a trusted advisor to senior management, and handling sensitive people issues. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of working experience, with a minimum of 6 years in HR business partnering, and fluency in Cantonese and English. If you are passionate about driving organizational change, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Lead the facilitation and management of all people programs rollout within the APAC market - Partner with senior leaders on developing and implementing people and organisational solutions - Provide guidance on workforce planning and budgeting in collaboration with the recruitment team - Consult with leaders on org design and offer solutions for complex organizational challenges - Collaborate with the Global People Operations Leads on strategic Global initiatives - Prepare presentations and data/insights analysis working with other People Team members - Develop and deliver learning programs for our people in collaboration with our Global L&D team - Keep abreast of market trends related to compensation and benefits - Manage a team of HR Professionals and handle HR issues hands-on - Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior management - Develop processes to improve collaboration with other counterparts
