Responsibilities
🚀 We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced systems and operations specialist to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building automation, systems, and funnels, and be comfortable working remotely. The question of, “what can we do to improve systematically and operationally, and how?” will be brought up weekly.
🚀 What this job entails:
❖ Building systems, funnels, and automation, to go high level, click up, and make, and zapping everything to slack, google sheets, etc.
❖ Continually innovating new methods to improve back-end and front-end systems.
❖ Managing all platforms and ensuring new technical strategies.
❖ Collaborate with team members for feedback and implement the most important variables necessary.
❖ Develop and implement monitoring and reporting tools to ensure system uptime and performance.
❖ Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to systems and automation.
❖ Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions to optimize systems and processes.
❖ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
❖ Provide training and ongoing support to team members about systems, updates, and new implementations.

❖ Self-starter – you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing projects, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
❖ Coachable – you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
❖ Team player – you can collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and delegate tasks
❖ Relational – you get excited at the prospect of building long-term relationships with clients
❖ Proactive – you strive to get ahead of a problem, instead of waiting for it to become a full-blown fire
🚀 Compensation:
❖ Full-time position: between 30–40 hours a week, depending on the tasks
❖ Starting Salary:
▫️ Month 1-3 → $1000 USD/mo
▫️ Month 3-6 →$1200 USD/mo + bonuses
▫️ Month 6-12 →$1500 USD/mo + bonuses
