Responsibilities

Company Overview: - We are Paldy, a high-protein cereal brand selling across 20+ European countries. - We grow through paid social, so our ads are the business. - You decide what we say and who we say it to. - You dig into our buyers, our reviews, and our competitors, turn that into angles, and write the hooks and scripts. - One concept becomes 3 hooks and 2 scripts, which our system turns into six ads and localizes into 20 languages automatically. - You brief once and it ships everywhere. - You will also build the occasional landing page with Claude walking you through it, and read the numbers to decide what to scale, iterate, or kill. - You do not plan production, chase editors, or count assets. - Our creative lead does that. - You think; the machine produces. Responsibilities: - Research buyers, objections, reviews, and competitor ads, and turn them into angles. - Write for the right awareness stage. - Most of our traffic is cold and has never heard of protein cereal, so you know how a Stage 1 ad differs from a retargeting ad. - Build unique mechanisms, not claims. - Anyone can say high protein, you explain why it works in a way competitors cannot copy. - Pair every ad with the right landing page and keep the promise congruent from hook to page. - Write the hooks and scripts in plain English that survives translation into 20 languages, with no puns or idioms. - Spot trends before they peak and bring them in. - Read performance and decide what to scale, iterate, or kill. Requirements: - 2–5 years making ads for a consumer brand that actually spent money on them. - You genuinely know awareness stages, not as a theory you have read, but as something you write differently for. - You think in mechanisms, not adjectives. - Strong copywriting, as this is the core of the job. - You can explain why an ad won or died, not just that it did. - You understand that the landing page is part of the ad. - You live on the internet and know what is moving before it is obvious. - You can sell an idea in writing, not just have one. - Comfortable in an ad account and with the numbers in it. - Proactive, you spot what is missing and solve it instead of waiting. - AI is in your workflow every day, as we use it heavily, but we do not accept slop. Compensation: - We offer generous performance bonuses. What we are not looking for: - Generalists who do a bit of everything. - Brand fluff with no performance thinking. - Ideas without a why. - Anything that reads like it came straight out of ChatGPT. Logistics: - Fully remote. - Performance bonuses on top.
