Responsibilities

About the Role The Case Processing Assistant performs responsibilities similar to those of a Legal Assistant. This person supports the preparation and organization of immigration cases by drafting documents, reviewing information, communicating with clients, and ensuring that case materials are accurate and complete before review by the Case Coordinator. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for recent graduates with advanced English proficiency, excellent writing skills, and strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a law firm or immigration is not required. We especially encourage candidates beginning their professional careers or with backgrounds in academic, administrative, research, customer service, or document-focused environments. Responsibilities * Draft letters, forms, declarations, briefs, and other case-related documents. * Review client information and supporting documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy. * Identify missing information, documentation errors, inconsistencies, and pending items. * Assemble and organize case files for review by the Case Coordinator. * Request, verify, and follow up on required information and documentation. * Conduct introductory calls with clients and document relevant information accurately. * Communicate with clients and provide clear, timely, and respectful updates. * Maintain accurate notes, records, and case updates in the internal system. * Provide English and Spanish interpretation during client meetings when needed. * Escalate unresolved matters to the Case Coordinator. * Handle confidential information with professionalism and care. * Follow internal procedures and established quality standards.
