Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: * Custom Development: Design and develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code using Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). * Integration Expert: Build and manage seamless integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and the Salesforce Canvas framework. * Autonomous AI & Automation: Leverage Agentforce (formerly Einstein Copilot) to build autonomous agents and Canvas-based AI workflows that drive business efficiency. * Architectural Excellence: Ensure code follows Salesforce best practices, including Governor Limits and security standards, and maintain high unit test coverage (minimum 85%). * Deployment & DevOps: Lead end-to-end release management using CI/CD tools such as SFDX, GitHub Actions, Copado, or similar. * Consultative Mindset: Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, providing effort estimations and recommending Clicks vs. Code solutions.
