Requirements and responsibilities

We’re hiring experienced LATAM sales closers to handle inbound Google leads for established local service businesses. These are warm inbound leads (calls and form fills), not cold outreach. You will follow up quickly, qualify prospects, and close mid-ticket service offers. What you’ll be doing: * Calling inbound Google leads (calls and form fills). * Qualifying prospects and handling objections. * Closing mid-ticket service offers. * Updating the CRM after each interaction. * Following a clear script and defined process. Requirements: * Based in LATAM. * Fluent English (required). * Prior phone sales or closing experience. * Comfortable with fast follow-up (speed-to-lead matters). * Strong communication and objection-handling skills. * Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment. * Coachable, consistent, and professional. Compensation: * Commission-only. * OTE: $1,500–$3,000 USD per month. * No cap for strong performers. * Paid weekly or bi-weekly.
