Our platform allows users to generate animations with AI and then refine them interactively, dramatically accelerating the creative process for motion designers and content creators.
We are an early founding team and are looking for a Founding Software Engineer to help design and build the core platform from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
- Partner directly with the founders to build the product from concept to production.
- Own end-to-end development of full-stack features.
- Design scalable architecture to support rapid iteration and long-term growth.
- Build and optimize agentic LLM systems (tool-calling, multi-step reasoning, MCP protocols).
- Improve LLM inference performance, latency, and cost.
- Help develop a high-performance motion graphics engine.
- Make architectural decisions that support scaling to millions of users.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience building production software.
- Strong full-stack development experience.
- Experience building modern web applications.
- Strong programming and system design skills.
- Ability to ship quickly in fast-moving startup environments.
- Experience designing scalable full-stack systems.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with LLM systems or AI products.
- Experience in high-growth startups.
- Interest in generative media, animation, or creative tools.
- Experience optimizing performance and distributed systems.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: €80,000 – €130,000.
