We're hiring a professional, proactive, and detail-oriented part-time Virtual Assistant (VA) to help manage customer support and lead nurturing across social media and email. This starts as a 10-hour/week paid trial to ensure a strong fit. If it goes well, you’ll grow into more hours and responsibilities—including the chance to earn commissions by closing sales. 🕒 Position Details: * Trial period: ~10 hours/week (approx. 40 hours/month). * More hours available after successful trial. * Location: Remote – Latin America (Argentina, Colombia preferred). * Paid via Wise, Payoneer, or your preferred method. 💵 Compensation: * Hourly Rate: $6–$7.50/hour USD. * Commission Structure: * 2% commission on sales you help nurture or qualify (closed by someone else). * 4% commission on sales you close directly via DMs, chat, or calls (available after training and experience with Soultone). * Opportunity to earn higher commission rates in the future based on performance and results. 📌 Core Responsibilities: * Respond to customer and artist inquiries via email and social media (DMs and comments). * Nurture leads in both inboxes using saved replies and proven workflows. * Provide order updates and account support using SOPs. * Update Google Sheets and internal CRM with accurate notes. * Reply daily to comments and direct messages on social platforms. * Repost customer content to stories when appropriate. * Create SOPs from Loom videos and other training materials. * Suggest improvements to customer experience or internal systems. * Follow workflows and templates while contributing your own ideas. 📋 Bonus Responsibilities (Not required — but a strong plus): * Comfortable speaking English on internal calls when needed. * Able to train or manage other VAs in the future as the team grows. ✅ What We’re Looking For: * Based in Latin America (especially Argentina, Colombia). * Fluent in written English. * Direct and honest communicator. * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. * Familiar with Gmail, Google Sheets, Loom, and social platforms. * Able to follow structure while bringing creative ideas. ✅ Preferred: * You’re passionate about music or drumming and want to work in a creative industry.
