Requirements and responsibilities


Job Title: Drug Supply Chain Security Act Analyst/DSCSA Product Flow Analyst Duration: 6 Plus month with possible extension Location: Fully remote Pay Range: $30- $34.00/hr SHIFTS: Monday - Friday 11:00am-8:00pm and Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; DEPENDING ON NEED This role will focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving serialization and traceability exceptions, managing serialization and exception handling under the DSCSA. This is a remote role that can be done anywhere in the US. Responsibilities • Monitor and manage serialization exceptions using TraceLink SCWM platform, ensuring timely investigation and resolution; Troubleshoot traceability and verification issues, escalating to trading partners • Support the implementation of SOPs and compliance workflows for exception handling and traceability; Maintain and update knowledge management records, ensuring compliance documentation aligns with policies and regulatory standards • Support the development of systems and processes needed for on-going exceptions management. Stay up to date with DSCSA compliance milestones, providing input for process improvements and regulatory updates REQUIRED SKILLS • 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, analysis, retail, or healthcare • Proven experience leading cross functional collaboration and building consensus across CVS Health enterprise • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) regulatory requirements • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in exception management, triage workflows, and issue resolution within high volume, high urgency environments • Familiarity with DSCSA requirements, serialization, and traceability compliance across all business units (distribution center, PBM, retail etc.) settings • Knowledge of typical pharmacy and warehouse product flow and work force • Hands-on experience with TraceLink or similar DSCSA compliance platform • BA/BS in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent • Broad Supply Chain and/or Store Operations experience • Prior experience with Tableau or BI tools • Prior database experience preferably utilizing SQL • Experience in developing analytical tools, templates, financial/statistical models, or process flows Education • Associates degree required • Bachelor's is preferred
