Known for structured processes and a focus on quality, the team offers a collaborative environment where you can learn, grow, and make a tangible impact.Role PurposeEnsure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of product data across marketplaces and distributor channels. This includes maintaining product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, and operational tasks to keep all accounts running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace & Account OperationsMonitor account health and key performance metrics on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and other platforms.Maintain Buy Box on Amazon and handle standard support cases.Identify risks such as Buy Box loss, account blocks, or content, pricing, and promotion errors, and notify the team promptly.Listings & Content ManagementCreate and update product listings across marketplaces and Shopify.Verify product descriptions, images, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.Upload certificates and documents to ensure marketplace requirements are met.Update Shopify content including prices, images, descriptions, and materials.Pricing, Promotions & InventoryUpdate prices, coupons, and promotions, and ensure correct display.Maintain accurate inventory levels based on logistics data.Track promo and inventory statuses in working sheets.Analytics & Team CollaborationAnalyze product niches and competitors (direct and indirect) for key SKUs and categories.Capture insights from product performance and provide recommendations to the content team.Track performance changes after listing updates and report results.Distributor & CommunicationCreate and maintain product listings with the distributor, ensuring data accuracy.Communicate with marketplaces and the distributor on operational issues.Assist with onboarding new marketplaces as needed.Requirements1–2+ years of experience with e-commerce marketplaces.Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce tools.Experience managing 50–100 SKUs.Strong proficiency with Google Sheets.English level: Intermediate.Highly detail-oriented, responsible, and process-driven.What We OfferWork with proprietary brands and a distributor in the U.S. market.Clear tasks and structured processes.Supportive team environment.Fully remote work with a flexible schedule.Opportunities for professional growth in e-commerce.
