As an end-to-end service provider, we can provide strategic advantages to our clients by offering legal support services at every stage of their legal proceedings.Job DescriptionJob Title: Records Case Opening CoordinatorPosition Summary:Magna Legal Services is seeking a Records Case Opening Coordinator to join our team. This person will be responsible for reviewing and adding client orders to the system and court subpoenas that are submitted the client. This person will also communicate with the client and answer their questions daily. We are looking for someone that has great client service skills and strong attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and add new client orders to the systemReview, prepare and scan authorizations submitted by clientsLearn and apply various court subpoena rulesReview and understand court service listsReview, prepare and scan court subpoenas submitted by clientsContact with clients regarding questions on orders and document deficienciesProblem solve client inquiries/issues regarding ordersPrioritize assignmentsAssist with confirming where requests should be sent to obtain recordsQualificationsMinimum of 2-3 years in a relevant field, such as medical record retrieval, call center operations, customer service, collections, or a related area.Proficient computer skills; ability to navigate the internet, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook.Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.Detail-oriented and self-organizedCapable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.Ability to participate in a team atmosphere and fast-paced environmentExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong capacity for retaining and applying knowledge.CompensationCompensation: USD 16.00 - 20.00 per hour.An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
