The role.
As a senior software engineer, you will be a key member of the engineering team. You will design, build, and own critical components of the full-stack platform. This role goes beyond implementing tickets. You will be deeply involved in the why and the how, from architecting scalable backend services to building polished front-end experiences. Your technical expertise and ownership will directly influence both the technology and the company culture.
Responsibilities.
* Take full ownership of features and services from conception through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
* Design and implement robust, maintainable, and scalable backend APIs and services using Python.
* Build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks such as React or Vue.
* Apply best practices in code quality, testing (unit, integration, end-to-end), and system design.
* Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions.
* Review code, share knowledge, and contribute to raising the overall engineering standards.
* Solve complex technical problems using a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
Requirements.
* At least 6 years of professional software development experience, with significant focus on Python and JavaScript or TypeScript.
* Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
* Experience building and maintaining scalable, production-grade software.
* Proficiency in modern backend frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask, and frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.
* Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in English.
